What changed: Unified 40+ global travel API feeds into a single engine processing £500k/month in automated revenue at 99.9% uptime. Scaled the team from 6 to 30 across three sites.
Longevity Flywheel
Problem: A high-quality longevity clinic with no scalable product layer — every patient interaction was manual and hard to grow. What changed: Built the full product layer (B2B2C Flutter app, e-learning academy, AI companion). Scaled to £100k MRR, £500k/month in e-commerce, and ran £1M+ webinar launches on a £2M+ annual paid strategy.

Problem: Building an audience for a brand with zero paid budget — and proving that distribution is a product problem, not a media buy. What changed: Engineered an algorithmic content strategy that scaled to 1M+ followers and 50M+ organic views per year. No paid spend.

Problem: Travel agents had no affordable API-first tool to search and book across multiple hotel inventory sources. What changed: Founded and built a B2B2C SaaS on AWS/Node.js connected to 60,000+ hotels via live feeds, handling real-time pricing, availability, and booking at scale.
OpenAI Treatment Plan Engine
Problem: Dentists at a 6-surgery clinic spent 30-40 minutes per patient drafting treatment plans manually, bottlenecking capacity and creating inconsistency. What changed: Shipped an OpenAI-powered engine that generates personalised plans from intake data. Cut documentation time to under 5 minutes. Patient conversion up 35%.
Patient AI Companion & Clinician Co-Pilot
Problem: Clinicians couldn't monitor patients between appointments and were making dosage decisions on sparse data — while documentation ate hours each day. What changed: Two AI products shipped in parallel. Patients get a wearable-connected companion for mood and progress tracking. Clinicians get structured impact insights and automated notes.
